Rashard Griffith is a former professional basketball player who played as a center. He was born on September 10, 1974, in Chicago, Illinois. Griffith played college basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round of the 1995 NBA Draft.
Griffith played internationally in countries such as Italy, the Czech Republic, and Poland before retiring from professional basketball. He is best known for his time playing for Benetton Treviso in Italy and Śląsk Wrocław in Poland.
After retiring from basketball, Griffith has been involved in coaching youth basketball and has started a nonprofit organization focused on educating and empowering young athletes. He is also a motivational speaker and mentor for young adults.
